About the FBU eLibrary

The radical redistribution of knowledge is a key pillar of the work that we do here at the Free Black University. This library will be an ever expanding resource of works by Black thinkers, artists, activists, and visionaries from around the world. We aim to continue to bring you critical work through this open access platform. We fundamentally believe that knowledge should not be held captive behind paywalls and institutional walls. We will continue to endeavour to bring you all of the knowledge and information that we can recover that support the wider mission of Black liberation, Black happiness & Black joy.

Sharing the Knowledge

The majority of the PDFs in the FBU eLibrary are hosted by Third-Party websites. The PDFs that are hosted by the Free Black University have been directly donated to the eLibrary by Black authors.

You can help support radical Black knowledge, spread free education and help us to grow our collection by suggesting or donating items.
